Karoline works with dispute resolution and litigation, both for Norwegian courts and arbitration. She assists in a wide range of disputes, specializing in corporate law, family law, and white collar crime. Karoline primarily focuses on liability cases, post-M&A disputes, shareholder disputes, and valuation (share appraisal), as well as financial settlements between spouses and cohabitants.
