Merger Control in the Nordics

Skumring
- , Andaz, 40 Liverpool Street, London, Oslo

Krogerus, Kromann Reumert, LOGOS, Thommessen and Vinge kindly invite you to our afternoon seminar focusing on Merger Control in the Nordics.

Following the success of last year’s seminar on Foreign Direct Investment in the Nordics, we are delighted to once again bring together leading experts for an afternoon of insights and discussion – this time with a focus on merger control.

Merger control continues to be a key element in ensuring fair competition and shaping the business landscape across the Nordic region. This seminar offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into recent developments, enforcement trends, and practical challenges related to merger control in Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.

Our panel of experts from leading Nordic law firms will share their perspectives on navigating the complexities of merger review processes and provide practical takeaways for businesses and advisors operating in the region.

As the number of seats is limited, we encourage you to reserve your place early.
