She has particular expertise in conflict management in personnel matters, whistleblowing and investigations, collective labour law, and data protection. Vilde also offers support in employment law matters related to mergers, demergers, and acquisitions.
She has litigation experience from disputes concerning termination, summary dismissal, working hours, and the interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
Vilde received an award from the Norwegian Association of Lawyers (Nw: Juristforbundet) for her master's thesis on part-time employees' right to increased working hours, and has in-depth knowledge of part-time employees' preferential rights and the right to a position corresponding to actual working hours.
