Maria Bahramfarsi Senior Associate Advokat

Maria advises Norwegian and international clients across the full spectrum of employment law. She has particular experience with termination and summary dismissal cases, as well as large-scale redundancy processes. She also provides ongoing advice on employment relationships, reorganisations and transfers of undertakings, and regularly assists with the employment law aspects of acquisitions, mergers and demergers.

Maria has a particular interest in, and broad experience with, employment dispute resolution. She regularly assists clients in mediations and has argued numerous cases before both the district courts and the courts of appeal.

Maria wrote her master's thesis on managing directors and board members liability in connection with termination and summary dismissal, and she has specialist expertise in this area. She has also litigated board liability issues before the courts.
