Håkon Stalheim Meldahl Specialist Counsel Advokat

Håkon is a Specialist Counsel at Thommessen, with extensive experience in sanctions and export control regulations, anti-corruption, business and human rights, and security legislation. His work ranges from general advice and assistance in transactions, to contact with authorities, assignments as defense counsel, and dispute resolution.

Håkon has experience from several years as a in-house counsel at Equinor, where he worked with dispute resolution, advised on and negotiated contracts, and assisted with investigations. He was also the compliance officer for the company's business area for projects, drilling, and procurement globally.
