Ellen Win Senior HR advisor

Ellen is a member of the HR team at Thommessen and has diverse experience in the field of human resources. She is particularly responsible for the administration and development of the company's internal training and development program, "ThommessenSkolen." Additionally, Ellen handles various administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and leave management. She also assists with recruitment activities from A to Z, performs various health, safety and environment-related tasks, and coordinates Thommessen's secondment program.
