Ellen Win Senior HR advisor

Ellen is a member of Thommessen’s HR team with broad experience across human resources. She supports the full employee life cycle — from onboarding and leave management to offboarding — and plays a key role in developing the company’s training program, ThommessenSkolen. She also manages recruitment processes from A to Z, handles health, safety, and environmental (HSE) tasks, and coordinates Thommessen’s secondment program.
