Ellen assists clients in matters related to onshore and offshore construction and service contracts.
Ellen also works with oil and gas related matters and is part of Thommessen's CCS (carbon capture and storage) team.
She assists clients in various energy-, industry- and infrastructure projects, during all project phases. She has extensive experience from drafting, negotiating and follow-up of complex construction and modification contracts, as well as contracts for procurement and delivery of various equipment and products.
Ellen has in-depth knowledge of the standard contracts used within different industries, as well as to Norwegian contract law, principles and practices.
She also works with insurance matters within the oil, energy and shipping sectors.
