Cecilie Amundsen Raa Managing Associate Advokat

Cecilie is a Managing Associate, working exclusively with employment law. She advises Norwegian and international clients in both the private and public sector, providing advisory services and dispute resolution across the full breadth of employment law matters.

Cecilie has extensive experience particularly in reorganisation and redundancy processes under both the Norwegian Working Environment Act and the Norwegian Ship Labour Act, as well as transfer of undertakings with associated harmonisation processes in their aftermath. She regularly advises on working time arrangements, individual personnel matters and dismissal cases, and has particular expertise in whistleblowing cases. Cecilie also assists with the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts and severance agreements for senior management. She has in-depth knowledge of specialist legislation within the field of employment law, and regularly handles cross-border employment law matters for international businesses operating in Norway.

Cecilie is a recognised expert in her field and is regularly engaged as a speaker and course instructor on employment law topics for both private and public sector organisations.
