Senior Legal Advisor, When employed with the Talisman Energy legal team, Audun assisted primarily with the Yme development project, which faced significant delays and cost overruns. The problems in the project resulted in a legal dispute between the Operator of the project, Talisman Energy Norge and one of the main contractors. The dispute was resolved in arbitration and Audun was a key member of the legal team handling the arbitration case., Talisman Energy Norge AS (now part of Repsol Norway)

Judge, Judge and mediator in civil disputes and other types of disputes raised with Stavanger District Court. Amongst other, he served as judge in a very significant dispute between the operator of the Snøhvit gas field and one of the large contractors relating to the construction of the onshore reception facilities for Snøhvit at Melkøye, Hammerfest, with a hearing in court continuing for more than one year.
