Ane Lerheim Mossige Managing Associate Advokat

Ane provide strategic and commercial legal advice in privacy, technology and cybersecurity matters. She works with establishing privacy programs, implementation and internal compliance, questions related to marketing and related questions in Norwegian and European law.

Ane is involved in customer contracts, vendor management and contract negotiation processes. She has hands-on experience in drafting terms and conditions, and establishing privacy notices for clients in various sectors. Ane is focused on the balance between compliance and commercial adequacy, and is dedicated to understand the needs and priorities at stake for all of her clients.

Having experience as an inhouse lawyer in the technology industry, and stays abroad, Ane has a particular understanding in global compliance and privacy challenges in new and disruptive technologies. Ane work with the practical application of privacy regulations, and how this plays out in the development of (new) products and services.
