Thommessen adds three new partners in dispute resolution and employment law

Nye partnere 10

We are proud to introduce Nanette Arvesen, Henrik Møinichen, and Anders Sundsdal as new Thommessen partners from 1 January, 2024.

- It is with great pleasure that we welcome Nanette, Henrik, and Anders as new partners. They all embarked on their careers at Thommessen following their studies and have since become well-liked team players with specialized expertise in their respective fields, states Managing Partner Sverre Tyrhaug.

Nanette and Henrik will enhance our dispute resolution team. With backgrounds in M&A/capital markets and maritime & offshore sectors, respectively, they have been instrumental in our firm's strategic refocus on dispute resolution since 2019/2020. Their expertise will further strengthen Thommessen's position as a leader in this domain.

Also, within employment law, Thommessen has taken a clear position in recent years. With increased legal regulation and reputation risk being key market drivers, we have noted a growing demand for employment law advice. The addition of Anders Sundsdal as a partner in this area reinforces our capabilities in handling employment law disputes, whistleblower matters, headcount reductions, compliance investigations, workplace accidents, and more.
