She has extensive experience on both the lender and borrower sides in project and corporate financings and refinancings. Vanessa also assists regulated entities with ongoing financial regulatory advice, transactions involving the acquisition of regulated businesses, and debt capital markets transactions related to the issuance of regulatory capital. She has particular experience with securitisation, capital relief transactions and covered bonds.
