Torbjørn is advising clients across a diverse range of industries on their financing needs, with a particular focus and experience on the maritime sector, including shipping, rig and offshore industries. His experience encompasses advising borrowers, issuers, banks and financial institutions, arrangers/managers and trustees on, inter alia, structuring, negotiation and completion of complex Norwegian and cross border debt financing, bond issues, direct lending, sale & leaseback of vessels, establishing of security, restructuring, newbuilding deliveries, corporate law and contract law. Torbjørn has been on secondment to a shipping company and a financial group.
