Stine practises within Thommessen's banking, finance and restructuring group, and also works closely with the real estate team. She combines specialised expertise and experience in loan financing, security interests and debt recovery, distressed situations, strategic negotiations, insolvency, enforcement and reconstruction with significant real estate expertise. Stine has extensive experience in commercial real estate, including negotiations, acquisitions, disposals and development of commercial properties, structuring of development projects, commercial leases and other real estate matters. She has been involved in several of the firm's largest restructuring matters and has broad project management experience.
