Saman advises Norwegian and international clients on transactions within both M&A and ECM. She advises a broad range of clients, including investment banks, private equity and venture capital firms, as well as industrial companies.

Saman has experience as a project manager on several complex transactions and also provides ongoing corporate and securities law advice, including advice related to regulatory requirements and continuing obligations for companies listed on regulated markets.
