Reidar Johansson Project Assistant

Reidar is part of the M&A team, where he plays a key role in the practical execution of transactions. He establishes, structures and administers data rooms, including access management, organisation of documentation and follow-up of Q&A processes.

He contributes to due diligence processes and prospectus work, finalises transaction documents and compiles transaction bibles. He also manages ongoing document handling, formatting and administrative project support across projects.
