Ravna Kristina assists Norwegian and international companies in connection with M&A, capital market transactions, and issues concerning corporate law.
Ravna Kristina has invaluable experience as in-house legal counsel (secondment) at DNB Legal at DNB Bank ASA, where she advised the Investment Banking Division, DNB Markets. She worked primarily with ECM-transactions, and also a number of DCM-transactions. She therefore has particular experience with issues that arise for investment banks.
