Hasse joined the firm in 1990 and has been a transaction partner since 1996. His practice includes a wide range of M&A and equity capital markets work, acting for corporate clients, PE firms and leading investment banks.
He is consistently ranked in tier 1 in Norway within both Corporate/Capital Markets and M&A. In Kapital's annual lawyer survey he has been ranked as no. 1 for IPOs and other ECM transactions in the period from 2016 to 2025, and ranked among the top 7 M&A lawyers in the same survey from 2016 to 2021.
Hasse was the Chairman of Thommessen from 2014 to 2023.
