Martin works with M&A and equity capital market transactions. He advises businesses within a wide range of industries, and works with both listed and unlisted companies, investment banks and industrial and private equity clients. Martin has experience as project manager on several complex transactions, including cross-border transactions and also assists clients on matters relating to corporate and securities laws.
