She assists domestic and foreign lenders, borrowers and arrangers with bilateral and syndicated facilities, bond issues, sale/leaseback transactions, sale/purchase of ships/offshore installations, corporate and contract law. Maria also has several years experience as an in-house lawyer in a stock-listed shipping company and banks.
