Kristine works with dispute resolution and contract law, e.g. within construction and offshore fabrication. Kristine assists in all phases of a dispute, from early assessments and claim letters to settlement negotiations and legal proceedings and arbitration. She has litigated a high number of disputes before the ordinary courts as well as for national and international arbitral tribunals. She has in-depth understanding of the offshore and onshore construction industry from several years as an in-house counsel. Kristine is a member of the board of Thommessen and heads the firm's dispute resolution practice.
