Christian is a Partner and a leading adviser on M&A, capital markets transactions and strategic investments within energy, natural resources and infrastructure. He advises industrial companies, sponsors and other financial investors on complex transactions within these segments, both in Norway and internationally.

He has extensive experience across transactions within energy, natural resources and infrastructure, and has advised on many of the largest and most complex transactions within these segments recent years.

Christian leads the firm’s oil and gas practice and is a member of the Thommessen’s management group.
