Morten has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets transactions and general corporate law. He advises both buyers and sellers in strategic M&A transactions, and on investments across various industries, such as the energy sector, seafood, banking and finance, and infrastructure. Morten has worked with a number of Norwegian and international unlisted and listed companies, private equity funds, infrastructure funds and investment banks and he has with his presence in London a special responsibility for maintaining and developing Thommessen's international network.
