Anna Serina Natvik Managing Associate Advokat

Anna joined Thommessen as a Managing Associate on October 1, 2024. She has 20 years of experience from the petroleum industry, including 12 years as a lawyer both in law firms and as in-house counsel. In addition, she has 8 years of experience from various commercial positions, most recently 6 years as a commercial director. Her combined experience gives her in-depth industry knowledge of the value chains within the petroleum industry, as well as CCS. Anna has a strategic and commercial mindset with a focus on finding practical solutions.

Anna has broad and extensive experience with a wide range of legal issues relating to the petroleum industry. She has in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework for the Norwegian continental shelf, oil and gas sales agreements, issues relating to gas infrastructure, oil and gas-related transactions, third-party tie-in agreements for existing infrastructure, project development contracts, procurement contracts and rig contracts, as well as the purchase and licensing of seismic data. Anna also has significant experience in negotiations – both in the role of legal adviser and as a commercial adviser. In addition to oil and gas, Anna has experience with CCS projects, including the regulatory framework and related contract negotiations.

After several years as in-house counsel at TotalEnergies, as well as various commercial positions, Anna has in-depth industry knowledge and a practical approach to resolving the various matters.
