- Our chapter in ICLG is intended to give a practical overview of Norwegian contract and construction law, which may be of particular interest for foreign companies operating in Norway. The Norwegian chapter gives insight into the standard risk allocation between the parties in Norwegian onshore and offshore contracts and includes comments to the most important standard terms. The chapters regarding other jurisdictions are also useful for us, because they enable us to better understand what expectations foreign clients typically would have based on the standard contracts they are used to, says Henrik.
