With only one winner per category, the M&A Award from Mergermarket is a true recognition of an outstanding year.
Mergermarket's European M&A Awards gathered senior dealmakers from across the region at a black-tie gala dinner in London on 31 March. At the event, Thommessen was for the second year in a row awarded the prize "Norway M&A Legal Advisor of the Year".

So far this year, Thommessen has advised on large number of highly complex and prominent transactions, including HitecVision in its investments in Fortum Oslo Varme and TrønderEnergi, Aker Clean Hydrogen and Aker Offshore Wind in their merger with Aker Horizons and EQTs investment in Ardoq.
