Rosalie Poen is the CEO of Lyse. Prior to assuming this role, she served as Group Executive Vice President of Finance, Group Chief Accountant, and Head of the Group Accounting Department. She is a Norwegian State Authorized Public Accountant and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Finance, as well as a postgraduate degree in Accountancy. During her 15 years at PwC, she held several senior roles, including Director within audit, internal control projects, and a range of consulting assignments, working with large international and publicly listed companies reporting under IFRS.

Erlend Basmo Ellingsen joined HitecVision in 2016 from Statoil (now Equinor) where he held various positions within M&A, business development and strategy.

Erlend currently focuses on energy transition and renewables investments, most recently the establishment of Vårgrønn. He was also engaged in the acquisition of Hafslund Oslo Varme and the establishment of Aneo, in partnership with Trønder Energi.

In his first years with the company he was on the teams responsible for developing HitecVision’s E&P companies Vår Energi and NEO Energy.

Erlend holds an MSc in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University, USA and a BSc in Engineering from Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Toulouse, France.

Meade Harris is Co-Founder and CEO of Dynamo Energy Hub. She has nearly two decades’ experience in the energy sector and has done business in 30 countries, giving her a global outlook on business and life.

Meade is also the Founder of The Hawthorn Club, the international network for women in the energy sector. As the club helps to improve gender diversity and place female executives into the C-suite, Meade is at the forefront of the energy transition. Meade has grown The Hawthorn Club to include branches on four continents, sponsored by some of the world’s biggest energy and technology companies – from upstream and downstream, utilities and power, to new and disruptive technologies.

Snorre provides advice related to the structuring, financing, construction and transactions within renewable energy and infrastructure, and advices early-stage companies, as well as general compliance. Snorre was General Counsel and part of the executive management team of Scatec ASA and has structured, developed, financed, built, operated and sold over a hundred infrastructure projects on four continents.
