Sunniva primarily works with issues concerning production, transmission/distribution and retail of renewable energy. Sunniva has extensive and diverse experience with various energy law issues from public administration and has served as section manager in the Appeals Board Secretariat and has been responsible for the secretariat function of the Energy Appeals Board, the Media Appeals Board and the Foundation Appeals Board. Through her background in the public sector, she has particular expertise in administrative law processes, including matters relating to access to information, case handling and the award of public grants.
