Jostein Moen Specialist Counsel Advokat

Jostein is specialist counsel in our Shipping & Offshore department. He works with i.a. contract negotiations, transactions and corporate restructurings, primarily within the shipping and oil service sectors.
He is experienced with charterparty negotiations, sale and purchase of drilling rigs and vessels, shipbuilding and offshore construction projects, as well as all types of service and supplier contracts. He has also experience with the establishment of joint ventures, transactions and corporate restructurings.
