Hans Haugstad Partner Advokat

Hans Haugstad started his career in Thommessen in 1994, and became partner in 2003. During 1997-2000, he worked as in-house lawyer in Kværner; the last two years also as Company Secretary out of London. Hans is a banking and finance lawyer, who predominantly acts for lenders and borrowers in larger corporate financings, as well as in acquisition finance transactions and financing of commercial real estate, and Hans is known as a leading expert in Norway within these areas. He has also worked on several large financial restructuring projects. Hans has been key in the build-up of the firm's banking and finance practice group, which is now the largest in its kind in Norway. He is also a member of the firm's group for International Relations.
