Elena Zempilla Associate EØS-advokat

Elena works on cross-border asset finance transactions, including syndicated loan facilities and bond issuances, with a primary focus on shipping and offshore finance. She acts for banks, financial institutions and shipowning companies on loan financings, refinancings, sale-and-leaseback arrangements, as well as on the sale and purchase of second-hand and newbuilding vessels. In addition, she assists in aviation finance matters.

Prior to joining Thommessen, Elena worked in the shipping finance division of a Piraeus-based law firm.
