Mette has extensive and broad experience in commercial real estate and has been involved in a wide range of real estate transactions – from single properties to larger portfolio deals. She has assisted with real estate transactions across all sectors, including office buildings, residential, retail, hotels, warehouses, and logistics. Mette has led several due diligence processes and has provided support on the real estate side in mergers, acquisitions, and listings.
Mette also has significant expertise in landlord-tenant law and advises real estate companies and property managers on negotiating and renegotiating lease agreements, as well as providing advice on disputes and other landlord-tenant matters. Additionally, she provides ongoing advice on operational issues, including property development, registration, neighbor and co-ownership issues, and the establishment of property rights. Mette is also part of Thommessen’s sustainability and climate risk group, where she is responsible for competence development in sustainability within the real estate team.
