Partner Wenche Sædal has been working at Thommessen since 2012. She has over 12 years of experience in the field of public procurement, EU/EEA law, competition law, and more.

Wenche has broad and extensive experience in public procurement, both for contracting authorities and suppliers. For many years, Wenche has also served as a key advisor in procurement matters for several private companies subject to procurement regulations. Wenche has handled numerous procurement cases for the Complaints Board for Public Procurement (KOFA) and the courts, including injunction cases and compensation cases.

Wenche was appointed as a member of KOFA in 2023.
