Henrik resolves disputes, negotiates and advises across shipping, insurance, infrastructure, oil and gas, renewables and real estate. He has extensive experience on large projects and leads negotiations and mediations, and appears before the ordinary courts and in domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
In recent years, this has included negotiations and disputes in onshore and offshore wind, hull and liability coverage for ships and barges, project disputes in railway projects, oil and gas and wind farms, as well as a large international arbitration concerning claims for total loss and sue‑and‑labour (mitigation) costs for a vessel.
Henrik also advises on and acts in disputes across all forms of marine insurance (H&M, P&I, loss of hire (LoH) and war risks), project and energy insurance (WELCAR, WINDCAR and NOWIC), and other property damage and business interruption covers. He has broad experience with casualties, cargo claims, shipbuilding, charterparties and other maritime disputes.
