Ellen has extensive experience in advising on financing transactions within a number of sectors. She assists domestic and foreign lenders, borrowers, and arrangers with bilateral and syndicated facilities, bond loans and debt programs. Her main focus is on asset finance (ship finance and aircraft financing), as well as project and acquisition financing across all sectors. Ellen heads the firm's banking and finance practice, and is also a member of Thommessen's restructuring team.
