Heidi is an experienced advisor, specialising in debt capital market transactions and Norwegian high-yield bond issues. She has broad knowledge in advising both issuers and managers in large debt capital market transactions, as well as advising on compliance under the bond agreements, stock exchange rules and securities laws and regulations. Furthermore, Heidi advises clients in relation to the listing of bonds on Oslo Stock Exchange and on the Nordic ABM. She is also experienced in bank financing, insolvency/restructurings and transactions.
