Sverre Tyrhaug Managing Partner Advokat

Sverre is the Managing Partner of Thommessen, a role he has held since 2013. He is committed to a strategic transformation programme and to effect deep-rooted, underlying behavioural change across the firm to secure Thommessen’s leadership position in the Norwegian market. In a legal market that is up for disruption and digitalization, we are working on individual engagement and development, and how to get lawyers to change, lead, be curious, do new things and experiment on our service delivery model - and learn to like it.
