    TONO - RiksTV (copyright)

    Camilla represents TONO in a copyright dispute against a Norwegian TV distributor. The case concerns a claim for compensation for lack of clearance of copyrighted music rights for 24 TV channels which the distributor receives from foreign broadcasters and sends to its subscribers in Norway. TONO prevailed in the judgment from Oslo District Court (judgment has been appealed).

    Idenix Pharmaceuticals – Gilead (patent)

    Camilla lead the team of four Thommessen lawyers representing Idenix Pharmaceuticals in an appeal case against Gilead. The case concerns the validity of pharmaceutical patents protecting chemical compounds useful for treatment of Hepatitis C. It is part of a multinational patent dispute, and probably one of the largest and most complex patent cases that have been brought before Norwegian courts.
