Jasmin assists companies with listing, capital increases and other equity capital market transactions and regularly advises clients on Norwegian corporate law, as well as securities laws and stock exchange regulations. In addition, she assists with the listing of bond loans on the main list and Nordic ABM.
She also assists private companies with M&A transactions and Norwegian corporate law. She also has experience in assisting newly established founders companies.
Jasmin has one year experience from the Oslo Stock Exchange from both Listing Department and Market Surveillance.
