Marte primarily works with renewable energy and infrastructure projects. She has extensive experience from transactions and all phases of the development of renewable energy and infrastructure projects, including the planning phase, drafting and negotiation of contracts, permit/concession applications to the relevant authorities, project financing, follow up during the project execution and general regulatory advice. In addition, Marte has substantial experience with acquisition of land rights necessary for the construction and operation of renewable energy projects, expropriation and appraisal processes.

Marte also assists with dispute resolution within the energy sector.
