Gro Grytli Mostuen Associate Oslo

Gro mainly works with regulatory and contractual issues within the energy sector, including organisational requirements and unbundling, connection agreements with grid companies and questions related to public administration and concessions for wind and hydro power production. Before Gro came to Thommessen, she was a research assistant at the UiO's petroleum and energy law department, where she wrote a Master's thesis on the regulation of grid companies. In addition to the master's degree in law, Gro has a bachelor's degree in human geography with specialization in urban geography, social economics and nature management, as well as a one year program in French language, culture and society.
