Lars Eirik is taking over as Resident Partner from Jon Kristian Sjåtil who has been in London for about two and a half years. Jon Kristian has now returned to the Oslo office and will be a part of the Insolvency and Restructuring Team.
The London office was opened in 1984 and is located in the City, the financial centre of London. From our London office, Thommessen assist Norwegian enterprises with overseas business operations and players in the English market that want to do business with Norwegian companies or require assistance in Norway. In addition, we assist foreign and Norwegian clients with advisory and arrangement services in connection with the legal and financial institutions in London.
Thommessen has a rotation arrangement whereby associates at our offices in Oslo and Bergen are given the opportunity to work at the London office for four months.
