EU/EEA and Competition Law
Thommessen has extensive experience with competition law and EU/EEA law.

We have experience from large and complex assignments for clients in most industries and sectors. Several of our lawyers have working experience from the Norwegian Competition Authority, the European Commission, the EFTA Surveillance Authority and the EFTA Court. This provides Thommessen with the best possible qualifications to advise clients on the use of competition law and EU/EEA law in order to realise commercial and strategic objectives.

We also assist clients in connection with investigations by the Norwegian Competition Authority and the EFTA Surveillance Authority and litigation before Norwegian courts, the EFTA Court and arbitration tribunals.
