Multi-Jurisdictional Guide 2012 Competition and Cartel Leniency
The guide aims to give a structured overview of the key practical issues including, for example, the regulatory background for leniency, the conditions that must be satisfied to qualify for full immunity or a reduction of fines, the application procedure, the scope of leniency when granted, co-operation between domestic and foreign regulatory authorities, and any proposals for reform.
